- When must you perform?
- What are the requirements for the challenge organisms used?
- Do you need to test each “batch” when a new LOT number arrives, or do you need to test each delivery regardless of LOT number?
- What are the differences when growth promotion testing solid versus liquid media? And dehydrated media versus ready-to-use (RTU) media?
