CO2 incubators are an essential part of any cell culture laboratory, and it is important that the incubator is reliable, accurate and low maintenance for the user.

Unlike other Co2 incubators that use a fan to circulate heat within the chamber, thus potentially introducing contaminants, as well as the added cost of an internal HEPA filter, the GS Biotech unit uses heating elements within all 6 walls to modulate the internal temperature.
GS Biotech internal chambers are manufactured from a single sheet of stainless steel, reducing the number of junctions and rivets, to aide in cleaning, and reduce potential debris catching sites. The internal shelving is also completely removable to ensure quick and easy cleaning of the internal chamber.

The GS Biotech range is designed around the end user and contains over two decades of tried and tested and no-nonsense technology. There are 4 sizes available but whatever size you choose the control panel, sensors and architecture are the same. Options include low oxygen, humidity tray warning systems and split inner doors to minimise gas loss. As GS Biotech fabricate the units in their workshop in Scotland customisation is also an option.
