We had our Octa installed on the 6th December 2023 by Michael Burke and Sara Jane. Michael was very helpful with finding the final position of the instrument next to our Hydrasys 2 instrument. The whole process took a few hours and by the end of the day the instrument had been calibrated and QC’ed for Hba1c and ready to run patient samples. 

The follow up training by Sara Jane was interesting and well delivered. Some follow up issues with the instrument were quickly attended to by Ade, who was very knowledgeable about the instrument.
