Cian is Chief Operating Officer at MSC, a role he has held since May 2021. He joined the company in 2007 as a sales representative in the Life Science team, later becoming Pharma Sales Manager. With a strong focus on operational excellence and team development, Cian plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and overseeing MSC’s core departments.
Cian holds a BSc in Biotechnology from the University of Galway and an MSc in Management from University College Dublin. Outside work, he is usually on the sidelines at his kids’ matches or coaching his daughter’s U7 soccer team. A Munster Rugby fan, food lover and Excel enthusiast, he still holds out hope of introducing KPIs into family life.
