Installation And IQOQ
Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification (IQOQ) is essential for regulatory compliance, ensuring equipment is fit for purpose. IQOQ verifies the equipment is installed to operate to manufacturers specifications and meets customer or regulatory requirements.

MSC offers IQOQ’s on all equipment in accordance with customer requirements.
Installation and IQOQ
Documentation
MSC has a dedicated team for the preparation and management of IQOQ documentation. The process is as follows:
- Our IQOQ team prepares the documentation.
- The team submits the documentation to the customer for approval.
- Once it’s approved with the customer it is then passed on to the relevant service department for the execution of the IQOQ document.
- The qualified personnel in the department carry out the execution of the IQOQ.
- The IQOQ is then returned to the customer for review and sign off.
