MSC’s Training, Coaching and Support

  • MSC Elevate Programme: Launched in 2022, the MSC Elevate Programme is a bespoke management and leadership development course that has hosted 30 participants across four cohorts. The programme supports both established managers and those aspiring to leadership roles, with several participants successfully advancing within MSC as a direct result of their experience.
  • Individualised Coaching: Through a partnership with PushMe, MSC provides employees with access to personalised coaching. This programme helps staff set and achieve professional goals while also enhancing their contribution to the company.
  • Support for Further Education: MSC encourages continuous professional development, offering both financial support and flexibility for employees pursuing formal qualifications.

  • Additional Leave:
    We close on Good Friday and Christmas Eve, allowing employees these days off without affecting their annual leave.

MSC Wellness

Each January, MSC also launches our ‘Kickstart’ initiative, a comprehensive six-week health and wellness programme designed to promote well-being, support positive mental health and encourage employees to embrace a healthy start to the new year. Kickstart offers a variety of activities, resources and workshops focused on physical fitness, mental resilience and balanced lifestyle habits, empowering our team to prioritise their personal health goals and well-being as they begin the year.
