WHAT WE DO

Our Specialist Services

MSC has a clean air and containment division for installation, commissioning, validation and repair work on cleanrooms, safety cabinets, laminar air flow devices, operating theatres, air handling units, fume hoods and many more. Our specialist refrigeration division offers installation, service and maintenance, qualification and consultation on a wide variety of refrigeration cooling solutions.

All MSC’s service work is carried out to the relevant standards and guidelines, including ISO 14644, GMP, EN12469, EN14175 and HTM-03 guidelines. MSC has upheld EN ISO 9001 certification since 1994 and achieved ISO 17025 accreditation in 2010 for temperature calibration services. These certifications reflect our dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards in all aspects of our operations.

PEOPLE

Our Team 

Our engineers are fully trained in their relevant fields and regularly complete vendor training on all our product range to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest technology. We carry out regular customer satisfaction surveys to help us improve the quality of the service we provide. Today, our team consists of head of service, deputy head of service, 16 engineers and two service co-ordinators. With over a century of combined experience in the Life Science, Pharmaceutical and Diagnostic sectors, our service engineers are strategically located throughout Ireland.

This nationwide presence, supported by our Dublin-based service coordinators, allows us to provide prompt and efficient support to all our customers.
