What types of service contracts are available?

  1. Premium: PM visit, including all labour, travel and spare parts for breakdowns. Same-day response, onsite within 48 hrs.
  2. Standard: PM visit, 10% discount on parts and 25% discount on labour and travel for breakdowns. Same-day response, onsite within 48 hrs.
  3. Economy: PM visit, 10% discount on labour and travel for breakdowns. Same-day response, onsite within 5 days. 
  4. Preventative maintenance: PM visit only.

Having a service contract optimises equipment performance and increases life span of equipment, it minimises breakdowns and is more cost effective than emergency call out charges.

Contracts are tailored to the customer’s needs by offering a competitive range of service contracts to include 1 or 2 PM visits and/or spare parts labour and travel, whether included or at a reduced cost.
