Our Installation Phases
Construction
- We partner with a building subcontractor to refurbish and/or build cleanrooms
- We design cleanroom tests to ensure the cleanroom meets the desired design specification and classification as per the customer’s specific requirements.
Commissioning and Validation
- We carry out the following tests for commissioning and validation to the relevant international cleanroom ISO14644 standards and GMP guidelines
- Room pressure and airflow balancing
- Particle counts (Non-viable), As built, At rest and In operation
- Supply Airflow measuring
- Calculation of Total Air Changes
- Extract Airflow measuring
- Pressure difference/cascade between cleanrooms
- HEPA Filter Integrity Testing
- Smoke Visualisation testing
- Record Light Levels
- Record Sound Levels
- Record Temperature and Humidity
- Full detailed report supplied on completion of commissioning/validation
Maintenance
Air Handling Units (AHUs) are also in our scope of work, where we provide regular maintenance and repair work on various AHUs, ranging from hospitals, operating theatres and cleanrooms.
