High-capacity, forced-air ultra-low temperature chambers ranging from +2°C to −80°C. Deliver exceptional temperature uniformity, rapid recovery and energy efficiency in a compact footprint optimised for life science storage.
Engineered for biorepositories, pharmaceutical, bioprocess and biotech labs that need reliable, high-volume ultra-low temperature storage.
Models: ULC-190 (190cuft), ULC-259 (259cuft), ULC-328 (328cuft)—the only forced-air bulk freezers offering +2°C to +8°C refrigeration and −20°C to −80°C freezing in one unit.
Forced-air convection ensures fast temperature recovery, uniform cooling (±3°C air, ±1°C product) and maintains integrity during door openings.
Equipped with fully redundant systems including refrigeration, electrical, controls and airflow to maximise uptime.
Energy efficient: ULC-190 uses approximately 0.30kWh per cuft; ULC-259 around 0.25kWh per cuft.
Smart storage solution: compact footprint (ULC-190 occupies only 47sq.ft), configurable interiors for vials, bulk containers, cassette systems and pallet storage (ULC-259 and ULC-328 support pallets).
Supports material handling: carts and shelving options available, and ULC-259 is optimised for ergonomic access and loading.
Programmable auto-defrost cycles run without chamber warmup, preserving temperature.
Optional connectivity with BMS/BAS through protocols like BACnet and Modbus.
Supports IQ, OQ, PQ validation and temperature mapping for GMP environments.
